Charged for photos that fail to generate
Most of the images failed to generate. For 1,000 credits I only got 18 photos instead of 500. Consistently returns 3 photos instead of 4 for 8 credits. There is no way to regenerate the failed photos. Please refund the credits for all photos that failed to generate.

I had similar issue, I had 800 credits, tried to create new model, but somehow I got failed message but still I see only have 400 credits now

Hi, thanks for your message, we are so sorry for the issues you have encountered.
I have just credited back your account of 1000 credits, we are currently investigating the issue you are encountering and I will comment again here as soon as it is resolved.
Until then, even if you have been debited of 1000 credits when generating your model despite not obtaining 50 pictures out of it ; now for any additional picture you will not be debited for failed generations.
