Upload consistently fails, constant prompt to choose plan after buying credits

I’m getting the same prompt to choose a plan after buying credits. I can’t upload in images to train the model - I get: “Failed to add an image (you are not alone, or face detection failed)” from pictures I drag and drop, photos I take with my phone camera, etc.
