I can’t seem to get past needing to more credits. I’ve now purchased 2 months worth of credits I can’t figure out how to use. When I first signed up I could not get my photos to upload and work either.

Upload consistently fails, constant prompt to choose plan after buying credits
I’m getting the same prompt to choose a plan after buying credits. I can’t upload in images to train the model - I get: “Failed to add an image (you are not alone, or face detection failed)” from pictures I drag and drop, photos I take with my phone camera, etc.

Genuinely impressed with the results - 1 very happy customer. I had 2 or three images fail to resolve out of many many generations. I'm happy with the results - great range of options. I also added this comment on the reddit thread where I learned of your site.

photos are deformed or very different
The first images were very similar, only the hair was very different in several, then I did some, and several were deformed, and now I did two yesterday and it was 100% another person, even having the description and specifying well, in this I have already lost more than 30 credits in photos that are 100% different or deformed, even afraid to do more, I need help

Charged for photos that fail to generate
Most of the images failed to generate. For 1,000 credits I only got 18 photos instead of 500. Consistently returns 3 photos instead of 4 for 8 credits. There is no way to regenerate the failed photos. Please refund the credits for all photos that failed to generate.

I liked one image and am trying to make it square to use on LinkedIn, but when I generate a project with 4 images from the one image you created and pick ‘Square’ it’s still showing a rectangle portrait size. Any advice?
